  • Standard Shipping ($12.95 USD): Handled by DHL or FedEx, delivered in 10-15 business days after processing (1-2 business days)
  • Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50 USD, delivered via EMS postal service in 15-25 business days
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship globally, bringing Detroit style to families worldwide. However, we currently cannot ship to some Asian countries and remote regions. If you’re unsure about delivery to your location, please contact us before ordering.
How can I track my order?
All orders include package tracking. Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number and instructions on how to follow your package’s journey to your doorstep.

We understand kids grow fast! Our Family Fit Guarantee means we’ll help make it right if sizes don’t work for your growing crew. Contact us within 15 days of delivery, and we’ll guide you through exchange options or provide store credit.
Who pays for return shipping?
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping method for returns.
How long do refunds take to process?
Once we receive your return, please allow 5-7 business days for processing. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your financial institution.
