Our Return Policy

We accept returns within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition with tags attached
  • Items must be in their original packaging
  • Proof of purchase is required

Non-Returnable Items: For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on kids’ accessories (including hats and gloves), kids’ cleats, and kids’ underwear (including pajamas). All sales on these items are final.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Follow these simple steps:

  1. Contact us within 15 days of receiving your order at [email protected] with your order number and details about the product you’d like to return or exchange.
  2. Our customer service team will respond within 1 business day with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.
  3. Pack your items securely in the original packaging, include all tags, and enclose a copy of your packing slip or order confirmation.
  4. Ship your return to our Detroit facility using a trackable shipping method. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

Return Shipping Options

You may choose your preferred shipping method to return items:

  • Standard Return: Use DHL or FedEx (typically 10-15 days)
  • Economy Return: Use EMS (typically 15-25 days)

We recommend purchasing shipping insurance as we cannot guarantee we’ll receive your returned item.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected (usually within 3-5 business days of arrival), we’ll process your refund or exchange:

  • Refund method: Your refund will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Timing: Refunds typically appear in your account within:

Exchanges

Damaged or Defective Items
